Role Overview :
As a Bid Manager, you will lead the end-to-end response process for high-value tenders and RFPs- especially in the B2B and government segments. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to drive winning proposals aligned with compliance and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the complete bid lifecycle for government and enterprise RFPs.
- Develop bid plans, define response strategies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, tech) to collect inputs.
- Oversee creation and review of technical and commercial proposals.
- Track success rates and provide insights for future bidding improvements.
- Ensure proposal compliance, formatting, and submission per guidelines.
- Handling post-submission queries and presentation
- Maintain a database of tenders Eligibility criteria
- Prepare weekly and monthly bid status reports.
Required Skills :
3+ years of experience in bid / tender / RFP management.Strong understanding of tender documentation, pricing, and strategy.Proficient in writing compelling proposals and understanding evaluation criteria.Knowledge of government and enterprise procurement processes.
