• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
• Source top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and professional networks .
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical expertise, cultural fit, and career alignment.
• Build and nurture candidate relationships , ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Utilize data and metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
