We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry
Roles and Responsibility :
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues courteously and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of banking and financial products and services is required.Problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.Familiarity with CRM software and technology is preferred.Skills Required
