As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, high-performing Google & Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to turn ad spend into measurable profit.

We’re looking for a results-obsessed performance marketer who has already mastered the art and science of paid advertising. You will take full ownership of campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram — from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, launch, and scale advanced Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Conduct deep audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and keyword research to craft high-ROI strategies.
• Create, test, and iterate ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for maximum conversion.
• Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to consistently hit KPIs.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixel events, retargeting, and custom audiences .
• Generate data-driven performance reports and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
