Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be an MBA fresher with at least 1 year of relevant experience, passionate about industrial sales, and eager to drive the market presence and sales of our CNC machinery. This role involves a mix of strategic marketing, client engagement, and sales support to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to develop actionable insights for sales and marketing strategies.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Generate leads through digital channels, industry events, referrals, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline for the sales team.
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to promote CNC machines.
- Create compelling content for brochures, case studies, website, and social media.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documents.
- Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address client queries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Brand Building:
- Represent LSK Machine Tools at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Enhance brand visibility through strategic networking and partnerships.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on marketing and sales metrics (e.g., lead conversion, campaign ROI).
- Provide regular updates to management on market feedback and sales progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (industrial machinery, engineering, or B2B sales preferred). Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internships/projects may also apply.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CNC machines, manufacturing processes, or engineering concepts is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to travel as needed.
