Experience Level : 3–6 years
- Provide Level 2 support for .NET applications, including web and desktop-based systems.
- Investigate and resolve application issues , bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with L1 support, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
- Analyze logs, exceptions, and database queries to identify root causes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L3 / development teams with detailed documentation.
- Monitor application health and performance using tools like AppDynamics, New Relic, or Azure Monitor .
- Participate in incident management , including on-call support and post-incident reviews.
- Maintain knowledge base and documentation for recurring issues and resolutions.
- Assist in deployment support , configuration changes, and minor code fixes if required.
