Cloud Support Engineer

Required Qualifications

7+ years

in AWS infrastructure operations, with at least

2+ years in a leadership role .

Hands-on experience managing

multi-account AWS environments .

Strong knowledge of

incident management platforms , especially PagerDuty.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent.

Experience with

automation frameworks

and scripting languages.

Familiarity with

compliance frameworks

and audit processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in

Managed Service Provider (MSP)

environments.

Knowledge of

data analytics tools

(Athena, Glue, QuickSight) for operational insights.

Exposure to

machine learning-based anomaly detection

for proactive incident prevention.

Understanding of

cost governance tools

(AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets).

Prior experience with

cross-account event streaming

(Firehose, Kinesis).
