Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking a driven and network-oriented Strategic Alliance & Partner Engagement Associate to strengthen and manage Nexora’s growing ecosystem of consultants, advisors, and associate partners. You will collaborate closely with Aparna Kumar and the leadership team to identify, onboard, and nurture external experts who deliver specialised value to Nexora’s clients across industries.

The role will focus on building strategic partnerships, managing contractual engagements, and creating an ecosystem of trusted experts who can be mobilised rapidly for consulting assignments in the BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Telecom sectors.

  • Full-Time
  • Nexora provides complete business development, proposal support, and contracting frameworks for all alliances and projects

      ₹12–25 lakhs annually (Fixed + Monthly Incentive)

      Role Overview

      We are hiring a high-performing Senior Business Development Manager (Sr BDM) to drive sales of Nexora Tech's strategic consulting offerings across BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Enterprise Tech sectors. We want you on our team if you’re passionate about tech-driven business growth and consultative solution selling.

      Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect, qualify, and close B2B opportunities in IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud, AI / ML, and automation services .
    • Engage with decision-makers : CIOS, CTOS, CHROS, Risk Officers, and L&D Heads .
    • Understand client challenges and position Nexoratech’s solutions as business accelerators.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitch decks, and custom solutions.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and maintain accurate CRM updates.
    • Collaborate with consulting, delivery, and pricing teams for tailored client engagements.
    • Required Skills & Experience

    • 5–8 years of B2B / Enterprise Sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, consulting, or digital transformation .
    • Strong consultative and solution-selling mindset .
    • Basic understanding of technologies such as :
    • Cloud (public, hybrid, multi-cloud)
    • AI / ML and automation
    • Cybersecurity & regulatory compliance
    • Data analytics & enterprise IT systems
    • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
    • Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
