About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Manager – Gen AI & Computer Vision with hands-on expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, Diffusion Models) .
The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI solution development — from research to deployment — using cutting-edge frameworks and tools for real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team focused on Computer Vision and Gen AI projects.
- Design, develop, and optimize AI models for object detection, image segmentation, OCR, and video analytics .
- Work on LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, API integration, multimodal AI).
- Drive innovation using synthetic data generation, GANs, diffusion models, and transformers .
- Deploy AI models on edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi) and in cloud environments .
- Collaborate with product, research, and customer teams to convert POCs into deployable solutions.
- Maintain high performance, scalability, and accuracy standards across all models.
