About the Role
Seeking an experienced Telecom BSS Architect with strong expertise in CRM and billing system implementations. The role involves leading solution design and integration for large-scale BSS platforms, ensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end BSS solutions across CRM, billing, and order management domains.
- Define system interfaces, integrations, and data flows between BSS and OSS systems.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver scalable and customer-focused solutions.
- Oversee solution delivery from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentoring for development teams.
- Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and security standards.
### Required Skills
14+ years of Telecom IT experience with at least 8 years in BSS architecture.Deep knowledge of CRM and billing platforms (Amdocs, Netcracker, CSG, Ericsson BSCS, etc.).Strong domain expertise in customer management, order management, mediation, and billing processes.Hands-on experience with integration frameworks (API, SOA, microservices).Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM).Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.### Nice to Have
Experience with cloud-native BSS and DevOps environments.Certifications in TOGAF or TM Forum Frameworx
