Role : II – Java Full stack Developer : : 10+ Years experienced

Location : Any location (Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, Noida, Coimbatore, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Mangalore, and Indore)

Strong in Java and Knowledge in React, Node JS and SQL (Exp : 8+ yrs )

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in software development or IT services, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies such as Java, NodeJS, React, and SQL.

Demonstrated experience in leading offshore or distributed teams.

Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies and related tools, such as Jira.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with global teams.

Preferred Skills :

Experience collaborating with clients or stakeholders in US time zones.

Familiarity or knowledge of Cold Storage, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.

Previous experience in managing multi-vendor or cross-functional teams.

Certifications in Agile methodologies (such as Scrum Master or SAFe) or technical specializations.
