Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Lawyer. The Senior Lawyer will handle litigation and advisory tasks, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in court. They will also supervise and mentor junior legal staff, collaborate with other departments, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in litigation, legal research, and representation in court
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Experience with providing legal advisories and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Leadership abilities to manage and mentor junior legal staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a high degree of professional ethics
• Proficiency with handling diverse legal cases across various practice areas
• LLB or equivalent legal qualification; advanced degree in law is a plus
