Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to support a major energy infrastructure venture. The role focuses on managing and integrating project schedules across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction and commissioning schedules aligned with approved project scope.
• Review and validate contractor project control procedures and progress reports.
• Monitor EPC contractor schedules for logic, detail, and interface accuracy.
• Integrate subcontractor, vendor, and supplier schedules into the overall EPC timeline.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis using Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis software.
• Evaluate project changes for schedule impact and incorporate approved changes.
• Advise on potential schedule issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead periodic progress review meetings with contractors and report status to management.
