About the Role

ToggleNow Software Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors - Recruitment Consultant with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in RCM and RMK modules. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, configuring recruiting templates, and enhancing the candidate's experience through seamless integration with Employee Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain RCM and RMK modules
• Lead recruitment workflows, interview scheduling, and email templates
• Manage integration between Recruiting and Employee Central
• Support RMK career site setup, branding, and candidate experience
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and end-user training
• Troubleshoot and resolve recruiting-related issues
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deploy solutions
• Prepare functional documentation and configuration workbooks
