Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Trade Forex team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of forex markets, a strong network in the trading and financial community, and a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- P&L responsibility for trade forex in the designated region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Trade Forex and related financial services- candidates with existing network of SME / MSME exporters would be added advantage.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive client retention and long-term growth.
- Present and promote Fly Finance’s forex products and services to prospective clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Coordinate with the central team for the any product related improvement based on market needs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for revenue targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade forex , sales, business development in financial services or products.Solid understanding of forex markets, trading platforms, and industry regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.What We Offer :
