Job description

A highly motivated and results-oriented Salesforce Manager is needed to lead Salesforce initiatives and maximize the value derived from the :

  • Oversee the complete Salesforce lifecycle, including implementation, customization, and enhancement projects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (business units, executives, and other IT teams) to define business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Guide the team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications and functionalities on the Salesforce platform, using tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Ensure Salesforce customizations and configurations align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Facilitate data migration, integration with other systems, and data management to maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end-users, promoting user adoption and effective utilization of the Salesforce system.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce-based content management systems and workflows.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Track and report on key Salesforce metrics and project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and trends (e.g., AI integration, Data Cloud, Hyperforce skills and experience :
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager, CRM Manager, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative features (workflows, process builders, custom objects).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce customization using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and

budget control.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and
  • guiding cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical information
  • clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, able to translate business
  • needs into effective solutions.

  • A PMP, CSM, or relevant Salesforce certification is preferred.
  • Desired skills and experience :

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other enterprise solutions (ERP, HCM, Middleware, etc.) and their integration with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce modules.
  • Knowledge and experience in AI and machine learning within the Salesforce ecosystem.
