Asst Manager - Master Data Management

Please work on the following :

1. Assessment of manpower needs (MRs, FLMs, SLMs, Expats) & HQ expansion.

2. Working on Break-Even Analysis including salary cost, commission structure, sales projections, PCPM

3. Identifying the new opportunities by analysing population, no. of pharmacies, and doctor potential

4. Regular updation of Field Placement & Expansion, New Product Launch Plan, Competitor Analysis

5. Data standardization, governance, and master data management

6. Track approvals, timelines, and completion status of ongoing and proposed expansions

7. Align product master data across systems ensuring consistency and integrity

8. Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather data requirements, identify inconsistencies, and drive alignment.

9. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

10. Strong knowledge of product data structures and classification systems

11. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
