You’ll collaborate with top-tier clients, including Van Heusen, L&T, Hitachi, LG, JSW, MakeMyTrip, BHEL, Xiaomi, and more.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager with 4–5 years of experience, strong expertise in LinkedIn and its tools, and proven ability to drive B2B lead generation and brand growth through digital channels. Unlike our event marketing teams, this role will focus purely on digital-first strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
Lead LinkedIn-focused demand generation, automation, and content campaigns.
Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach, and account-based marketing (must know tools like Octopus or LinkedIn Helper).
Plan, design, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, Google Search, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
Track and report on digital ROI, engagement, and lead pipeline using analytics tools.
Build BizConnect’s digital brand identity through thought-leadership content.
Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen lead nurturing and conversion.
Occasionally run posts and manage ads across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
What We’re Looking For
4–5 years of digital marketing experience (LinkedIn expertise mandatory).
Proven track record in LinkedIn lead generation, outreach automation, and content strategy.
Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Search, email automation, and WhatsApp marketing tools.
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, paid media campaigns, and social media ad platforms.
Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
