We are looking for a

creative and results-driven Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content formats.

Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

Run paid social media campaigns (optional, if required).

Engage with followers, respond to comments / messages, and build community interactions.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Research competitors and suggest creative ideas to improve performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (preferred).

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with paid advertising (Facebook / Instagram Ads).

Video editing or reel creation skills.

Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

Knowledge of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
