Multiple Role - Manager | Sr Manager | AVP (Delivery Head managing 25+ people)

Role Overview

Youll take ownership of performance marketing delivery across multiple brands, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and strategic thinking ideal for someone who thrives on fast-paced agency environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Leadership

  • Lead and oversee execution for all advertising clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery post-onboarding.
  • Drive business outcomes including revenue, gross margin, and delivery efficiency.
  • Monitor account health, allocate resources effectively, and align processes with internal standards.

2. Performance & Operations

  • Review performance data across client accounts using dashboards and structured review mechanisms.
  • Identify and resolve underperforming campaigns or inefficiencies in structure or strategy.
  • Conduct audits, implement optimizations, and establish scalable best practices for consistent outcomes.

    • 3. Team Management

  • Manage a growing team of 25+ performance marketers at various levels.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop team members; define measurable KPIs and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence in execution.

    • 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal strategy, creative, sales, and analytics teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensure clear communication and handover between teams from sales to delivery.
  • Act as the key escalation point for client delivery concerns or critical campaign issues.

    • Desired Profile

  • Proven background in a performance-driven marketing environment, ideally from an agency setup.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and key campaign types Search, Display, Video, PMax, Retargeting, and Lead Generation.
  • Strong operational understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in data and analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel for performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, establish SOPs, and standardize delivery across multiple accounts.
  • Skilled at leading teams, conducting reviews, and ensuring consistent execution quality.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives on operational problem-solving this is a delivery-focused leadership role, not a growth marketing position.

    • Experience

  • 4-12 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience managing large delivery teams and multiple client accounts.
