Job Description
Position Summary :
- Acting as a primary point of contact for all the internal and external members on the matters pertaining to the COO.
- Providing a sophisticated management of the COO's calendar and scheduling his daily meetings.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the COO's ability to effectively lead the organization.
- Maintaining MIS reports and creating minutes of the COO's meetings.
- Follow up with clients, business partners and other team members on the COO's behalf.
Requirements
Preferred Candidate :
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Operations.Must Be Graduated in Business management.Strong Knowledge of Advance Excel, Word And Powerpoint.Female / MaleQualitative
