What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Engage : Identify and reach out to restaurant owners and managers in assigned US territories using Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and LinkedIn. Target 40–60 new prospects per week.
- Lead the Sales Cycle : Execute the full 3-call sales process — qualify leads (BANT), deliver tailored product demos, and close deals within one week.
- Achieve Results : Drive consistent performance — target 8–10 closed deals / month , contributing $18,000–$25,000 in monthly revenue.
- Own Your Pipeline : Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring consistent outreach — 30+ touches, 6+ calls, and 3+ demos weekly.
- Personalize Outreach : Send 30–40 tailored emails / day and make 50–60 strategic calls / day using RingCentral.
- Coach & Collaborate : Share best practices with the inside sales team, participate in weekly pipeline reviews, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to Growth : Help shape outreach strategies and refine pitch materials to improve team-wide close rates.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 3–5 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales , ideally selling to SMBs. Restaurant tech or hospitality background is a plus.Results-Driven : Strong track record of exceeding quotas (e.g., $1,000–$3,000 MRR or 8–12 appointments / month).Sales Expertise : Skilled in value-based selling, objection handling, and managing fast-paced 5–7 day sales cycles.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in sales tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, RingCentral, Calendly, Salesforce, or similar CRM / sales automation tools.Communication : Exceptional English fluency with the ability to engage and build rapport with US-based clients.Leadership Mindset : Demonstrated ability to guide or mentor peers and contribute to team development.Adaptability : Comfortable working in a dynamic co-working space during US hours.Cultural Fit : Energetic, coachable, and passionate about helping restaurants grow through technology.Nice-to-Haves
