Job descriptionBachelor’s degree required with specialization in business administration, Crisis Management, or Risk Management (Mechanical Engineering background preferred) Master’s degree (or equivalent) is strongly preferred Certifications such as DRII, BCI, or similar are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with tools like Fusion Framework, Everbridge, and project management methodologies

BDO’s Resilience practice is growing! We’re looking for a dynamic Manager to join our Risk Resilience team and help organizations navigate today’s complex risk landscape. If you're passionate about business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery—and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Job Duties :
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks from business interruptions, cyber-attacks, and swan events
- Design and implement business continuity, crisis management, and disaster recovery plans
- Lead client workshops, exercises, and training sessions for senior executives
- Manage consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery excellence
- Build trusted relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities
- Contribute to thought leadership and enhance our methodologies.
- Proven experience in Business Continuity (BC), especially within manufacturing and distribution operations
- Strong consulting and project management skills
- Ability to lead client engagements and deliver strategic insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
