Role : Associate Account Manager - Digital

Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategies, managing our online presence, and driving engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media projects from start to finish.
  • Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, key deliverables, and any adjustments to the plan.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a project timeline with clear milestones and deadlines for each phase of the campaign.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Research and identify key influencers, partners, and communities to foster strategic collaborations and amplify our brand presence.
  • Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform our social media strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to social media, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years experience working on medium or large brands only.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
  • Familiarity with the alcoholic beverage industry or a passion for spirits is a plus.
