Job description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager - TASC to acquire and nurture institutional clients such as trusts, associations, clubs, societies, and government bodies within an assigned region. You will be responsible for identifying and following up on new business opportunities, acquiring CASA and Term Deposits , and managing the relationship value of existing TASC and Government Banking customers. This role requires you to develop and execute proactive banking solutions, handle customer service and investment portfolios, and collaborate closely with the Branch Banking team to achieve sales and acquisition targets.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Client Acquisition & Nurturing : Acquire and nurture institutional clients, including Trusts, Associations, Clubs, Societies, and Government Bodies .
  • Business Development : Initiate and follow up on New Business Opportunities with assigned branches in the region.
  • Portfolio Growth : Drive the acquisition of CASA (Current Accounts & Savings Accounts) and Term Deposits . Manage the Relationship Value (RV) of existing TASC and Government Banking customers.
  • Strategic Solutions : Leverage the bank's relationships with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive banking solutions.
  • Customer Service & Investment Management : Handle the service requirements of customers and manage their investment portfolios.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales and acquisition opportunities from this segment.
  • Target Achievement : Achieve assigned top-line and CASA numbers and values.

Skills Required :

  • Proven experience in acquiring and nurturing institutional clients.
  • Strong skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Expertise in CASA and Term Deposit acquisition.
  • Ability to develop and execute proactive banking solutions for institutional clients.
  • Proficiency in managing customer investment portfolios and providing excellent service.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the branch banking team.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and acquisition targets.
  • QUALIFICATION :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
