Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our F&B department. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service, optimize profitability, manage teams effectively, and deliver an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, forecast, and execute food and beverage orders, inventory, and budgets
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants banquet services and room service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B services
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff to ensure excellent service
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams on menu planning and costing
- Analyze financial reports and take action to improve profitability
- Plan and execute promotional events and seasonal menus
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related fieldProven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the hospitality industryStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and trendsProficiency in inventory software and point-of-sale systemsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shiftPreferred Qualifications :
