Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 Test Lead to oversee and guide our testing efforts for SAP S4 implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to lead a team to achieve high testing standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the SAP S4 testing activities including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and specifications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coverage of testing activities.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members.
Report testing progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

8-9 years of experience in SAP S4 testing or related areas.

Strong knowledge of SAP S4 modules such as Finance (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM).

Proficiency in test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.

Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Worksoft, or Tricentis.

Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
