About the Role
Source and screen candidates for roles including doctors, nurses, and sales professionals.
Responsibilities
- Utilize ATS platforms and job boards (e.g., Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder) for effective candidate tracking and outreach.
 - Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts in collaboration with US-based hiring managers.
 - Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
 - Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring standards.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
 - Provide weekly hiring reports and analytics to leadership.
 - Ensuring all internal processes and systems such as Document Checklist, Activity List, TAT, SOP etc.
 - Help division in improving efficiency and profitability of clients.
 - Protect confidential details of clients, and follow guidelines of ISO / IEC : 27001 / SOC 2 compliance.
