Job description

Position Title: Head - Regional Sales
Department: Mobility

Designation: AGM/DGM

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership & Strategic Growth

  • Own regional revenue, margin, and growth targets for the Corporate Mobility portfolio.
  • Define and execute a 3–5 year regional growth roadmap aligned to national strategy.
  • Drive sustainable, profitable growth through strategic account acquisition and expansion.
  • Identify high-potential sectors and large enterprise opportunities for long-term contracts.

Enterprise & CXO Engagement

  • Engage with CHROs, CFOs, Admin Heads, and CXOs to position company as a strategic mobility partner.
  • Lead large, complex RFPs and multi-city mobility mandates.
  • Structure commercial models ensuring scalability, profitability, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive client retention, multi-service penetration, and long-term contract renewals.

Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team.
  • Set clear revenue, acquisition, and account growth targets across the team.
  • Strengthen sales capability through structured reviews, pipeline governance, and coaching.
  • Drive accountability, ownership, and performance culture.

Market Expansion & Competitive Positioning

  • Monitor industry shifts including digital mobility, EV integration, sustainability mandates, and compliance frameworks.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions tailored to enterprise mobility transformation.
  • Represent Mahindra Logistics at key industry forums and strategic client platforms.

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Work closely with Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure seamless solution deployment.
  • Ensure operational readiness and service excellence post-deal closure.
  • Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and leadership reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15–20 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in Mobility, Logistics, Transportation, or Integrated Services.
  • Proven leadership experience managing regional or national sales teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with exposure to contract structuring and large RFP management.
  • Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
  • MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
  • High in-market presence (70–75%) required.
