Key Responsibilities :
1. Modern Trade Operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade stores (Reliance, Dmart, Spencer's, etc.).
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and timely replenishment.
- Manage promotions, in-store activities, and planogram compliance.
2. GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
Follow up with stores for timely GRN creation.Verify quantities, rates, and discrepancies against invoices.Coordinate with finance and supply chain for GRN-related issues.3. PR (Purchase Request)
Raise PRs for stock requirements.Track and follow up for approvals.Ensure timely conversion of PR to PO.4. New Leads & Business Development
Identify and acquire new Modern Trade stores or chains.Generate leads for category expansion and new listings.Negotiate listings, margins, schemes, and visibility plans.5. ERP Management
Update orders, PR, GRN, stock movement, and pricing on ERP.Maintain accurate and timely data entries.Generate ERP-based reports as required.6. HO Coordination
Act as a point of contact between field operations and Head Office.Share daily / weekly sales reports, stock updates, and performance metrics.Coordinate for schemes, dispatches, payments, and compliance.Skills Required :
Experience in Modern Trade / FMCG (preferred)Strong knowledge of GRN, PR & ERP systemsGood communication & negotiation skillsMS Excel proficiencyAbility to manage multiple stores and deadlinesSkills Required
