We’re looking for a US Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2+ years of end-to-end US IT recruitment experience . If you're passionate about connecting top tech talent with top opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → submission → scheduling)

Source candidates via Job Boards, LinkedIn, Networking, and Referrals

Work directly with Account Managers to understand client needs

Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, and availability

Negotiate rates (C2C / W2 / 1099) and manage the offer process

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of US IT staffing experience (must have)

Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, 1099 , and US tax terms

Experience sourcing from Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

Strong communication skills & fast turnaround ability

Self-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
