Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring and testing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

The successful candidate will configure, implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management and Payroll.
They will perform end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.

Hands-on experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and best practices.
