Requirements Prior experience as a recruiter (agency, freelance, or corporate).

Strong sourcing and screening skills across junior to mid–senior roles.

Ability to manage multiple mandates independently.

Good communication skills (verbal and written).

A proactive approach to networking and talent engagement.
