Key Responsibilities :
Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of wind farms ensuring maximum turbine availability and energy output.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability, downtime, and production efficiency.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and manage on-site operations and maintenance teams, including subcontractors.Ensure adequate resource allocation and manpower planning for smooth operations.Conduct training and safety awareness programs for the team.Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit regular operational reports, production data, and incident reports to senior management.Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.Coordinate with vendors and service providers for spare parts, repairs, and upgrades.Technical & Financial Oversight
Review and approve O&M budgets, contracts, and expenditure within the area.Collaborate with engineering teams for troubleshooting and technical improvements.Support asset management and life-cycle planning initiatives.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related engineering disciplineAdvanced certifications in operations or project management (preferred)Experience :
8–15 years of experience in wind farm operations and maintenanceProven track record in managing multiple wind projects or large-scale energy assetsKey Skills :
Strong knowledge of wind turbine technology, SCADA systems, and power generationLeadership and team management capabilitiesAnalytical skills for performance monitoring and problem-solvingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementProficiency in MS Office and ERP softwareSkills Required
