Teleperformance is looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Excellence with strong expertise in handling Employee Grievances & HRBP responsibilities.

Location : Chennai

Shifts : Rotational Shifts

Week Offs : Rotational

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement and satisfaction

Manage employee grievance redressal with empathy, fairness & timely resolution

Provide advisory support to employees and leadership on HR policies and practices

Build a positive workplace culture through proactive employee experience initiatives

Work closely with operations & leadership teams for people-centric decisions

Conduct employee connect programs, skip-level meetings, exit discussions, etc.

Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance & disciplinary processes

Required Experience & Skills

5–8 years of relevant HRBP / Employee Relations / Talent Excellence experience

Excellent communication, conflict resolution & stakeholder management skills

Ability to work under high-pressure environments with a solution-oriented approach

Proven track record in grievance handling & employee satisfaction improvement
