Mep (Mech) Coordinator For Iconic Residential Project

Job Responsiblities

• Understand the whole concept of MEP design / installations and handle the project independently.
• Able to handle multiple projects while serving as prime company liaison. Above average verbal, written, presentation, problem solving and analytical abilities. Able to lead team of Engineers’ / Supervisors to complete the project on schedule without compromising the Quality & safety set by company.
• Reading a layout drawings and Auto Cad drawings. Verifying and approval of the business process document and sending the same to the head office. Making the bills for supply & installation of material as per execution. Making of project Payment abstract. HVAC Exposure is preferred

Minimum 8 yrs experience is required
