We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Manager to oversee social media account management and strategy, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and impactful results.

As the Client Servicing Manager Social Media Strategy & Account Leadership, you will be the strategic growth partner for our clients, driving brand impact, digital transformation, and long-term client value. This role goes beyond account management it demands business acumen, data-driven decision making, and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes across social platforms.

You will be responsible for shaping innovative social media roadmaps, guiding creative execution, and ensuring that every campaign serves both the client’s business objectives and our agency’s growth vision.

Strategic Responsibilities

1. Client Partnership & Business Impact

Act as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning social media efforts with the client’s business growth goals.

Anticipate client needs by identifying emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and new digital avenues.

Lead high-level conversations with CXOs / marketing heads to present strategic insights, performance narratives, and ROI-driven recommendations.

2. Social Media Strategy & Brand Positioning

Architect end-to-end social media strategies that integrate brand storytelling, performance marketing, influencer outreach, and content innovations.

Define KPIs and success metrics to ensure campaigns build brand equity while driving conversions.

Foster creative differentiation by staying ahead of digital trends and experimenting with new formats, tools, and storytelling techniques.

3. Campaign Leadership & Execution Oversight

Provide top-level oversight for campaign execution ensuring timeliness, quality, and strategic coherence across platforms.

Partner with creative, content, and media teams to drive seamless collaboration and brand consistency across channels.

Implement structured planning frameworks for content calendars, ad spends, and performance optimizations.

4. Data-Driven Insights & Strategic Optimization

Leverage analytics to translate numbers into narratives helping clients see the strategic value behind campaign performance.

Present quarterly growth roadmaps based on performance trends, competitor benchmarks, and evolving audience behavior.

Drive continuous innovation by identifying underutilized channels, content formats, or partnership opportunities.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

Mentor and guide client servicing executives, shaping them into strategic thinkers and problem solvers.

Introduce best practices and frameworks to elevate the team’s strategic and creative output.

Cultivate a culture of proactive thinking, operational excellence, and client-first innovation.

6. Client Retention & Revenue Growth

Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts ranging from performance marketing to influencer campaigns and offline activations.

Build long-term client partnerships by demonstrating consistent ROI, strategic foresight, and executional excellence.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
