Truevisory Realty Private Limited is looking for a professional, target-oriented Sales Team Leader to join their team in Noida at C Block Sector 62 Noida . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents.
  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve results.
  • Assist team members in closing deals and handling complex negotiations.
  • Network and build relationships with clients, industry professionals, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a successful real estate agent.
  • Strong leadership, team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • 3-7 years of experience in REAL ESTATE SALES ONLY.
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
