Job descriptionAnalyze business requirements, design, and develop complex integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and OSB. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Oracle SOA and OSB solutions using BPEL, OSB, Human Workflow, Business rules etc. Lead the development of reusable and robust assets, such as frameworks and templates. Build, configure and support Oracle SOA Suite 11g / 12c products on a multi node clustered environment. Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. 5-8 years’ experience of end-to-end implementation experience of SOA development with experience in Oracle SOA Suite 11g / 12c (BPEL, OSB, Mediator) preferred. In depth understanding of SOA principles and integration concepts Good to have knowledge of AIA, Oracle BPM, API management. Expertise in XML, XSD, WSDL, XSLT, XQuery. Strong understanding of integration, and SOA concepts Experience with Java will be a plus. Experience with DevOps Tools and methodologies (Jenkins, Maven) Experience with version control systems (GIT, SVN) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, presentation, and mentoring skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
