Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Associate located in Perundurai, Erode Tamil Nadu, India. The Process Associate will handle various operational tasks to support the smooth functioning of business processes. This includes managing documentation, performing data analysis, and ensuring compliance with procedures. The role also involves contacting clients to conduct surveys and gather information.

Experience

Both Freshers & Experienced May Apply

Skill Needed

Good Communication Skills in English

Basic Computer Knowledge

Strong interpersonal & listening skills

Ability to work in night shift

Responsibilities

Outbound calling to HR departments (US)

Conduct structured surveys

Maintain call logs & data entries

Deliver professional communication at all times
