Oracle Cloud Inventory & Shipping Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Inventory Management and Shipping modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration.
• Configure inventory organizations, sub inventories, locators, item structures, and shipping parameters.
• Design and implement inventory replenishment strategies, including min-max planning and safety stock calculations.
• Configure shipping methods, carriers, and shipping documents.
• Configure and test integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules, such as Order Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

Functional Expertise

• Provide expert functional guidance on Oracle Cloud Inventory and Shipping best practices.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.
• Develop and maintain functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to inventory and shipping processes.

Technical Expertise

• Assist in data migration and conversion activities.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Assist in developing or using integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Work with Oracle support for SR resolution.

Project Management

• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
