Job Title : Senior Golang Developer

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid – Work from Office)

Experience : 7+ Years

CTC : ₹1.8 to ₹1.9 Lakh per Month (Based on Experience)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang (Go) and distributed system design. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices that power next-generation enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices using Golang.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps, and QA to deliver quality software on time.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code, adhering to best coding practices and design patterns.
Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend components.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance application reliability.
Implement CI / CD pipelines and contribute to deployment automation.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
Work within an Agile / Scrum environment, ensuring iterative and efficient delivery.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) with 5+ years of hands-on experience.

Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.

Experience with concurrency, caching, and performance tuning in Golang.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Hands-on experience with Git, CI / CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is an added advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and system design knowledge.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with high-traffic, low-latency backend systems.

Familiarity with API Gateway, gRPC, or GraphQL.

Exposure to DevOps and infrastructure automation tools.

Prior experience in mentoring and technical leadership.
