Mainly responsible to deliver daily tasks on a timely basis, including trade processing / confirmation / matching for clients, reconciliations against prime brokers, and portfolio pricing with market data fed by various vendors.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As Middle Office Operations Specialist, Associate 2 you will be :

involved in operation daily delivery, process enhancement and team management.

• Deliver daily / weekly / monthly tasks including security pricing validation and pricing system maintenance and answer queries from internal parties;
• Coach and monitor juniors on daily Operation tasks and perform good control process like 4-eye check principle;
• Ensure all internal policies are complied with and manage to document up-to-date procedures;
• Able to drive business projects for process improvement, both in efficiency and in accuracy;
• Capability in prioritizing, good knowledge in various financial products and strong skills in MS excel.
