Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Jaipur. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for diagnostic imaging products. This role requires frequent interaction with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills

Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities

Excellent Customer Service skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Bio-Medical Engineering, or related field

Experience in the medical device industry preferably Siemens / GE MRI experience
