Lead Full Stack Developer - React.js / Next.js

Job Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to design, build, and scale modern web applications. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist who combines architectural thinking with hands-on coding excellence. Youll lead development efforts, mentor the team, and collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, and design teams to deliver performant, maintainable, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Remain actively hands-on with coding, debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
• Drive the implementation of Next.js features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic routing, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate front-end with Node.js / NestJS microservices and
