Job Title : Architectural Draftsman (Mid Level)

Location : Santacruz, Mumbai

Experience : 4 to 7 Years

Job Description :

Bobby Mukherji Architects, a renowned architectural firm in Mumbai, seeks an experienced Architectural Draftsman with 4–7 years of expertise in architectural and civil drafting.

Qualifications :

ITI Draftsman, Diploma in Civil / Architecture, or HSC with AutoCAD certification.
Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory), SketchUp, MS Office; knowledge of Revit and Photoshop preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare submission, working, and detail drawings with precision and adherence to building bye-laws.

Interpret structural, MEP, and landscape drawings to create architectural drawings.

Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure design alignment during construction.

Coordinating on emails with the concerned departments and consultants, proper documentation of soft & hard copies.

Should have worked on high rise Residential, Commercial & Hospitality projects.

Should know Basic Municipal norms.

Skills :

Strong drafting skills with proficiency in AutoCAD.

Ability to work with Xref drawings and ensure error-free outputs.

Familiarity with Revit Architecture (preferred).

Team coordination and adherence to quality standards.
