What You’ll Do

Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions .

Drive initiatives across SPM modules : PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, and EAP.

Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder sessions to ensure clarity and alignment.

Break down complex concepts into clear deliverables and actionable steps.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (PPM, demand, project, resource management, strategic planning, EAP).

Knowledge of Agile methodologies , especially SAFe .

Familiarity with CSDM and overall ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.

Experience in leading workshops, preparing demos , and working in large transformation projects .

A team player with a positive attitude and open mindset.
