Job description5+ years of relevant experience in SalesOps in a reputed SI / IT company. Must have experience using Salesforce CRM. Sufficient understanding of all SI business processes, sales processes, and functions. Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable solutions. Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers. Proficiency in excel using complex formulas, pivot tables and data validation.
Title : Senior Executive - SalesOps
Location : Vadodara / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune or Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Shift : US Shift (6pm - 3am IST)
Executive SalesOps, on behalf of the SalesOps team, will work closely with the IT Team, Sales Team, along with all other business stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
- Works with the IT team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed.
- Plan and monitor scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process.
- Work with the team to support all regular SalesOps activities.
