We serve clients with a high-touch on-site and onshore presence, leveraged by a global delivery platform.Position : AI / ML and Predictive Analytics Expert – Pharma Commercial AnalyticsWe are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in predictive analytics and AI / ML who specializes in pharma commercial analytics. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, working in close collaboration with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India.Key Responsibilities : Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.Required Skills and Experience : Experience : Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics.Specializations : Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.Brand performance analytics and reporting.Marketing analytics (preferred).Therapeutic Expertise : Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).Data Proficiency : Familiarity with data sources such as APLD, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (x Ponent, Plan Trak, NPA, DDD, HCOS, Patient-Level data) or Symphony data.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).Qualitative Attributes : Self-starter with the ability to work independently.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive leadership.Prior experience with the Immunology market is preferred.This is a unique opportunity to lead transformative projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and contribute to the success of a global pharmaceutical analytics initiative.
