Job Summary :
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support our bulk hiring drives and high-volume recruitment initiatives. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, screening, and coordination activities to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will be skilled in talent mapping, resume screening, and executing sourcing strategies that meet aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development :
- Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract large volumes of qualified candidates for bulk hiring drives.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, professional networks, and local hiring campaigns.
- Conduct Boolean and keyword searches to identify active and passive candidates in alignment with hiring requirements.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for recurring bulk recruitment needs.
- Screening & Candidate Evaluation :
- Review and screen resumes to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific job roles.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate communication skills, interest levels, and availability.
- Coordinate shortlisted candidates for the next stages of the selection process in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Bulk Hiring Drive Coordination :
- Actively participate in the planning, organization, and execution of bulk hiring drives across locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, job consultants, campus representatives) to ensure smooth hiring operations.
- Manage walk-in drives, recruitment events, and large-scale interview sessions, ensuring efficient candidate flow and timely feedback collection.
- Track attendance, interview status, and hiring ratios for each drive and prepare post-drive analysis reports.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams, HR business partners, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, hiring drive outcomes, and candidate pipeline health.
- Reporting & Process Improvement :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Analyze sourcing effectiveness, recommend improvements, and identify new sourcing channels.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor hiring practices, and local talent availability.
Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience :1–3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in bulk or mass hiring environments (e.g., BPO, ITES).Technical Skills :Strong command of sourcing tools, job portals (e.g., Naukri, , Indeed), and ATS platforms.Excellent understanding of Boolean search techniques and candidate mapping.Soft Skills :Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment performance.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
